When you contact us through our website or request a quote, we collect the information you provide, for example:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Postal code and city
• Information about your project (e.g. description, dimensions, images)

We may also collect certain technical information, such as IP address, browser data, and visit data, to operate and improve the website.

2. How we use the information and legal basis

We use your information to:

• Handle your inquiry and provide a quote (performance of a contract or steps before a contract)
• Follow up your case and deliver the order (contract, and legal bookkeeping duties if you order)
• Measure the website and show ads via Google and Meta, only if you choose “Accept all” (consent)
• Keep the website working, including language and cookie choice (legitimate interest / necessity)

We never sell your personal data.

3. How long we store data

Quote requests are stored as long as needed to handle the matter, normally up to 12 months. If you place an order, we keep the data as long as bookkeeping and warranty rules require. Cookie choices are stored for 180 days. You can change or delete your cookie choice at any time via Cookies in the footer.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share them when needed:

• With the party that delivers or installs, if that is part of the assignment
• If we are required by law
• With our email provider, which sends quotes and confirmations on our behalf
• With Google and Meta, if you have accepted marketing cookies, so we can measure visits and ads
• With the provider that hosts the website, which may process technical data such as IP address

5. Cookies

Google Tag Manager loads so the site can apply your choice. Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel run only after you choose “Accept all”. You can choose “Necessary only” or “Accept all”, and change the choice via Cookies in the footer.

Cookies we use

• bystone-consent — 180 days. Necessary. Stores “all” or “necessary”.
• bystone-lang — 180 days. Necessary. Remembers Swedish or English.
• Google (_ga and similar) — if you accept all. Measures visits via Google Analytics / Tag Manager. Duration is set by Google, often up to 13 months.
• Meta (_fbp and similar) — if you accept all. Measures and shows Facebook/Instagram ads. Duration is set by Meta, often up to 90 days.

If you accept all cookies, they help us measure visits, understand how the site is used, and show and measure Google Ads and Meta ads.

We also count visits and page speed via our hosting provider. That is done without marketing cookies.

• Have incorrect information corrected
• Request deletion of your data
